Federal Urdu University of Arts, Science and Technology is a co-educational institute in Karachi Sind Pakistan. This university was established in November 2002 with the Presidential order. Many institutes and colleges are affiliate with Federal Urdu University. This university has three campuses, two in Karachi and one campus in Islamabad. In Karachi Federal Urdu Arts College and Federal Urdu Science College are now the campuses of this university. President Pervez Musharraf was the first chancellor of this university. This university is highly regarded for its strong academic departments, including Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Urdu and upcoming Dept. of Electrical Engineering and Applied Physics. Thy university has well educated academic staff which is consists on 450 approximately. The university building is well equipped and all classrooms are airy and full furnished with all necessary things which help students in study. Thy university provides the facilities like library with thousand of books on different topics which help students to increase their learning skills. One of most attractive factor of any institute is quality of education and this university provides the high quality of education both of boys and girls. Federal Urdu University is first in Pakistan which teaches in Urdu language. This university has approximately 32 departments with high qualified and experienced faculty. The aim of this university is toward highest academic excellence.
